This policy applies to bookings with Benipal Photography. By paying for a package you agree to the terms below.
Booking & payment
Online payments confirm your booking request. Benipal will contact you to confirm the event date, venue, and package details before the event.
Cancellations by you
- 30+ days before the event — 95% refund.
- 14–29 days before — 80% refund.
- 7–13 days before — 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before — no refund, as crews and equipment are reserved.
Rescheduling
If you need to change the date, contact Benipal as early as possible. One free reschedule is offered when notice is given at least 14 days ahead, subject to availability.
If we cancel
If Benipal Photography cannot attend due to illness or emergency, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date at no extra cost.
Live Broadcast & technical issues
Live Broadcast depends on venue network coverage. A refund is not offered for broadcast interruptions caused by poor reception at the venue. Photo and Video delivery commitments still apply.
How to request a refund
Contact Benipal on WhatsApp with your name, event date, and payment details. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
